krav maga edinburgh

Great numbers in the class tonight, especially on such a fine summer evening.

I got the proceedings off with a quick game of dodge ball to warm those muscles up. We shifted onto some stretching and light running. Then came the first workout of the day.
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats
x10
A nice warm up that got the blood pumping ready for the class. No stop watch so no times. If you think you can do better than tonight then have a go at home and post times.
A special class this evening for all who was in attendance. We kicked off with some light pad drills with some basic combinations.
Then out came the "guns" and I don't mean John Murphy's biceps! We went through gun defence with stripping of the weapon. We explored the Krav Maga method along with Tactical Edge techniques. You decide what you think would work best in a situation.
It looked like most folk were enjoying the class, was that the case? Feedback would be nice!
