After the code red we covered defending against long impact weapons. We added the Krav Maga disarm and looked at multiple opponent attacks where the defender would disarm and use the impact weapon against further opponents. A big welcome back to Ryan after his trip to Thailand and also to the new guys that came along. Hope to see you all at training in the future.
