Class 30th April @ krav maga Edinburgh

Started the class with a 300 workout-Big respect to John Murphy who finished first and just before I was about to call time. The class then moved on to work combinations on the pads and then worked these into situational. We then went straight into multiple attack drills. We added in some common objects to the drills and discovered how this could change things mostly for the better but sometimes for the worse. We used the family of Shields and then impact and edged weapons. We finished off with some sparring and slow fighting.
