Class news
Sundays kettlebell class will be on the Meadows Playing field at 3pm. We meet at the entrance to the tennis courts near the kids playground. If you have a KB please bring it along! The class should last for approximately 1 hour. It is open to all who want that little bit extra training.
Please remember that Wednesdays class will be held on the Bruntsfield Links. Meeting time is 6:30pm. The class will be on no matter what the good old British weather has in store for us. So please dress accordingly
