The warm up was taken by David Miller last night who is one of the full-time Judo players who is aiming for the Olympics. After a lot of rolling and conditioning we worked the pads and then went onto develop situationals and more specifically multiple attacks.
Please note that training will be on this Monday.
Krav Maga Edinburgh Social Event of the Year will take place on Saturday 12th April at 8:30pm.
Location is Lloyds Bar at the top of Leith Walk, Omni Centre.
