Fitness class@ Krav Maga Edinburgh
A big welcome back to Craig who has been missing in action for the last few months. Congratulations on the birth of Joshua!
A hard workout with the Kettlebells today up on the Meadows. Some of us who were on time started with a warm up run.
We then moved onto circuit training with 5 workstations. First round was 30 seconds second round 45seconds then up to 1 minute! No Recovery between stations took its toll on us along with the burst of rain!
