Easter Monday@Krav Maga Edinburgh

Well done to all that made it along to tonight's Combat Ready and Krav Maga class.

Combat Ready was a bitch again! Rannoch took us through our paces for another hard 45minutes. It makes much more sense after the class than during it, believe me. If you have not tried this class, stop thinking about it and get along. The benefits are great and you will enjoy it!

Marcus took it to the ground tonight. We started with pad work from our backs which naturally progressed into the bridge! At this point we went into defence from the ground. When you have some blood thirsty chav wanting to kick your head in! Defence and then counter attack.
All in all another great class.
