Please note that there will be no Tactical Edge class this week. The Krav Maga class on Wednesday this week will be taken by David Miller who recently just won silver at The Commonwealth Judo Championships in Mauritius.
David will cover some throws from the system, chokes and t-shirt chokes. He has guaranteed unconsciousness for one or two of you. Please make sure you take the techniques shown and integrate them into how we operate.
