BASIC DOESN’T MEAN BAD@Krav Maga Edinburgh

The first six weeks of training will be back to basics for everyone. Like Bruce Lee said you have to keep your tools sharp. We are going to put the “fun” into fundamentals. If we have these basics skills then everything else is simply window dressing. A Judo player has one or two high quality techniques that they use in competition, similar to fighters in the UFC. The good fighters do not use a huge repertoire of techniques, they practice a lot on the basics and stick to them for a reason
