Fitness Training on the Meadows

Tonight's fitness training focused on some light running around the outside of the Meadows. We then got down to a few sets of push ups and then squats. (quite a few actually)!
We then switched the pace and did some 30 metre sprints with a short recovery.
To finish off we did another lap of the Meadows.
A big well done to Steven for turning up!

    Looks like it could be a Tuesday or Thursday.
