At the Combat Ready Gym we specialise in Krav Maga and CrossFit training. Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense and hand to hand combat system. The system is used globally by civilians like you, the military and law enforcement. CrossFit is the global strength and conditioning phenomenon developed in the US. The Krav Maga Edinburgh crew
I told you guys on the end to move in closer
Can all students try and get to the class for 6:15 so that you are changed and ready to go for 6:30. Not everyone will be able to manage this with work commitments and day release from the hospice, but try! This will save everyone having to stay later and allow Marcus to talk to any new recruits that turn up on the night! Cheers guys!
We know you are not shy so get posting comments. It's really easy! At the end of each post look for the word 'comments' click on this and you will need to input some details and then its over to you!
It's important for Marcus to understand how you guys are rating the classes so that he can plan future seminars and training nights. He does need a little time to persuade instructors to come on over to Krav Maga Edinburgh Scotland!

Sometimes I am really happy that digital camera's take fuzzy pictures.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about anoyone else, but I really enjoyed wednesday's class, bringing the sticks into it gave me a different perspective on how to manipulate an opponent and also what it is like to have someone else with a weapon, other than a knife, attacking.
Looking forward to the next class.
