In KM this week all classes will solely concentrate on defending and disarming various weapons threats in rapid succession in order to work in the zone or "no mind" as the Japanese would say.
KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH INDUCTION - SATURDAY 18 JANUARY 2014 - 12.30-13.30PM
In order to train in the Krav Maga class you need to first attend an induction. During this induction a qualified instructor will cover the fundamentals of the system which will allow you to assimilate into regular classes more easily. You will cover:
- Intro to Strength and Conditioning principles used in the classes
- Basic striking
- Defensive posturing
- Defences against a knife threat, headbutt, pistol threat, hooking punches
- Street takedowns and the force ladder
