 15 box jumps
 10 overhead squats (50/30)

Wednesday
No strength 

Skill: wall balls
15 minute AMRAP ladder
  2 wall balls
  2 burpees 
  2 KB swings
  4/4/4
  6/6/6
  8/8/8
  Etc to 15 minutes 

Thursday 
Deadlift heavy 3's

  15 minutes EMOM (60/40)
     3 deadlifts
     3 hang cleans
     3 front squats
     3 shoulder-to-overhead
