Mobility Training

In easy speak we need to oil our joints. We do this by moving them through the range of motion. For example, lets look at the wrist, keep the forearm still and move the hand in a circular motion both clockwise and counter clockwise. Now think about how you can increase the motion to make the circle bigger. Great, you are now increasing your mobility and making yourself more free to move. If you are 30 years old move that joint 30 times in a day and if its sore move it more. If you do this with all the joints then you will decrease your susceptibility to injury, keep yourself more mobile and have a happier pain free existence. If you have an injury then you need to think about your rehabilitation and introducing mobility training as soon as it is safe to do so. We want to lose as little mobility as possible after injury and over the years. In fact, we should be aiming to increase it. There are a load of great mobility clips all over you tube focussing on all areas. Spend some time researching and working on this stuff and start feeling great.
