Kickboxing Workshop

Next Sunday, we are running a beginners kickboxing workshop from 12-2pm.

Kickboxing is great for fitness and self defence. A fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to learn the basics and get an idea of what our kickboxing classes are about.

  1. You're right, kickboxing is absolutely great for fitness and self defense! I'm currently following some kickboxing bootcamp classes at Personal Trainer Toronto and I'm very pleased with them. I feel like I lost a few pounds since I started these classes! :) I truly believe that they are a good option for weight loss....I warmly recommend kickboxing!
