TRAVEL WRENCH SEMINAR SATURDAY 10 NOV

Travel wrench seminar Saturday 10 November 12 -2 pm. £20 per person and includes a travel wrench. Come along and see you empty hand skills soar as you learn to use this unique tool. It allows you line familiarisation, enhances punching, teaches you common object defence and defence against knife attacks. There will be a certificate awarded upon completion. Again, like yesterday's seminar I will keep it fast paced and try to give everyone something different depending on what level they are at.
