I live in a top floor flat so Im starting on the ground floor. Sprint up the first set of stairs then on the landing 20 push ups, then stairs, then 20 jumping lunges, stairs, 20 squats, stairs then 10 burpees. Then back the bottom and race up as fast as you can. This workout can only be done once as you don't want to be caught by your neighbours and labelled insane! I remember years ago I used to do snatches out on the landing at nights after classes and do chins on the stair wells. This was before we had the gym so you I needed to improvise.
