MENTAL VISUALISATION

OK, so its the weekend, you get a long like and are maybe feeling guilty about not training. Chill out and take the day off after you have done some mental visualisation. Whilst lying down simply imagine yourself running through your various combatives sets on the pads or a heavy bag. Then introduce some attacks being fed by one or more opponents and consider an appropriate response. The more you do this the better you will get. It is an often neglected part of training dealing with your sub conscious. Infact you can do this anywhere, on the bus to work, at work, sitting in a chair during a meeting! Anytime, you have yourself some free time get doing it. Marcus
