Well thats us into September so training was back full on. Caveman training was hard but scalable. Kickboxing focussed on plyometric exercises and then into combinations that trained our knees and elbows. Krav Maga looked at methods where we could practice a lot of our strikes from an easy platform. We looked at some techniques on the ground and principles for fighting on the ground.
