A TIME FOR CHANGE

Don't put it off and do it now. The year is running out and let's not wait until the new year to make these changes we could start today. Yesterday, someone said they would start their fitness training when they returned from their holidays in two weeks - why wait! Just get on with it and do it. If there is something you want to change then you need to do it. It can be anything, typically at the gym though it is I want to get fit, lose weight, start martial arts or self defence training. We can consent to making these changes ourselves or another factor can force us. Sometimes you might be advised for health reasons to make a lifestyle change. Or often someone has been threatened or attacked and then they decide to train in Krav Maga. I always wished they had come sooner and trained and often these types of situations can be avoided. Life is all about change. You get a finite amount of time on earth and you have a lot to learn and do. You cannot keep going in the same direction with the same programme. As you age you have to be realistic and your training regime has to alter slightly. You diet will have to change as what you can get away with in your 20s you can't escape in your 40s. Don't put things off any longer, set an outcome, achieve it and be the best at being yourself. Marcus
