Great night of training in the kickboxing class. We started with a circuit including dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells and resistance bands. From there we worked on various combinations on the thai pads developing various kicks. We also started looking at some of the material required in order to grade in kickboxing. There will be a grading held mid June where we will cover levels 1,2,3 and four. More details will be posted shortly.
