You tube has so much great material on it in terms of martial arts and self defence. As with everything though there is good material and bad material. Your job is to identify the good stuff and expand your knowledge. One thing that has always annoyed me however is the comments section full of ill advised angry people who probably don't even train. This stuff would never work, your instructor is crap, my style is better. You want to stay clear of all this garbage.
I was looking at a car video the other day and I was surprised to see that the comments were all the same there as well. Its not that fast in real life, in the US we have faster cars, your fuel is crap! It's refreshing to see every arena has armchair critics. Rise above it and don't become one!
