We were outside training through lead and rear punches in isolation. We then put them together in various combinations. From there we looked at some of the bear hug defences. Now guys only grab certain ways so some of the bear hugs we can disregard. We like to think we have gotten into this situation during clinch and closing the gap where an attacker is controlling you to prevent you striking him. Guys don't walk up to guys and grab them, it's weird! So we looked at releases and common themes so You don't have to think about a technique. At the end of the class we freestyled defending against various incoming attacks.
