The area to the rear of the gym will be under going a make over in the coming weeks and will be a dedicated strength and conditioning area. You are more than welcome to use these during the open mat sessions and they will also be used more in the MMA classes. Their primary function however is for use by the number of people who are receiving personal training on a daily basis at the gym. This is an area that is steadily increasing as more people turn to functional training over standard gym training. At the end of the day there is nothing wrong with training in a regular gym it is often you can get bored and you need motivation and ideas on how to maximise and put the fun back in your training.
