It was good to be back last night. Before the class I told the guys the aim of the class - to perform not to coast. I wanted them only to concern themselves with the current exercise they were doing not thinking about what was coming next. I don't want people keeping some in reserve, I want everything you have put into that current exercise. So last night was a mixture of short sprint work, compound lifts, kettle bells and to finish off some chins. Great effort guys.
