Well we are almost in December and so far classes have been bursting at the seams with plenty of people training and new ones joining. It's easy at this time of year to get complacent and say I will bump training and get back into it in the new year. It's great to have goals and targets so why not make one to come and train at least one night a week in the run up to Xmas. With classes running all week and at the weekend you have plenty to choose from. Look forward to training with you.
