Last night the guys all worked in pairs and we motored through the class with one person doing a kettlebell drill while the other did a bodyweight drill. Fast paced and a great workout.

  1. I first read about kettlebells in that book by Tim Ferriss, "the 4 hour body". Superb book. Probably the most effective method of exercise I've come across so far!
