Last night after some skipping and a bodyweight drill the guys went into developing striking on the pads. From there we looked at the SBLD and using a secondary destruction into a pass and then attacking the low line. I stressed that when working with the bigger guys like Bear that you need to swallow that space and get in close. We looked at some takedowns and also a face crank before flowing into our reverse head under. Great effort from everyone. I spoke with Lee today and he is organising a TE grading sometime in May. He also has the certificates for those people who graded with Mark in October. If you are due a certificate can you please let us know and we will sort it out. Once again, I apologise for the delay.
