In the gym a little later tonight so missed the workout with Mike and Dean. Nonetheless Mike set me a up a little workout which I got through and then Dean coached me through some proper boxing pad work. Then it was time for performance conditioning class which involved sprints, deadlift, clean and press, bent rows and some other explosive exercises. From there it was on to Tactical Edge where the guys concentrated on defanging the snake and also using common objects to defend. We then added in a multiple attacker drill. Then it was women-only kickboxing which was a fast paced class covering a multitude of striking drills mixed with high intensity cardio drills. Everyone worked hard throughout the whole evening and went home happy. Job done.
