LAST NIGHT AT KICKBOXING EDINBURGH

Last night the guys went through a tough but manageable kettlebell and bodyweight warm up. From there they partnered up and worked a striking combination and then a short endurance exercise on the pads. The rest of the night followed this format with a little self defence application in the final combination. Absolutely solid effort from everyone training.
