TACTICAL EDGE WEDNESDAY

We spent the class looking at different methods for dealing with eliptical attacks and also focussing on some palm stick, or flashlight, or was it a pen. Infact it might have been a bottle of water. It's conceptual so it doesn't really matter. Try and see things that look similar and have similarities. Don't try and find the faults, find the things in common. We also looked at using circular movements. What did we use them for? Attack, defence, trapping, imobilisations. Movement is universal guys! Keep up the good work.
