The guys did excellently in the warm up which involved sprints and bodyweight drills. From there we did some combative drills on the pads. We re-visted the straight attacks from earlier in the week looking specifically at a straight knife thrust and how to defend it. We used the foam trainers to get an idea of the attack and the ferocity and timing. From there we went on to use the wooden knives and look at one of the ways that Krav Maga defends the straight attack. We then worked in groups and pressure tested. Excellent effort.
