We started the class with 5 mins mins skipping into 5 mins bodyweight and then five minutes kettlebells. Then onto to the pads working 3 separate combative sets. Then we looked at the cover and slash drill and went between reverse grip and front grip for a bit of skill building. We then used the movements empty hand and brought back in our original 3 combat sets and added in a take down. We spent the last ten minutes of the class with the guys being fed random attacks and they had to respond along the lines of how we trained throughout the class.
