LAST NIGHT @ KICKBOXING EDINBURGH
Bodyweight drills for the warm up but the girls screamed for the kettlebells to finish it off. Then we paired up and worked 2 minute rounds kicking, punching, kneeing and elbowing the way through the rest of the class. Finished off with some sport specific drills and into a cool down and stretch. Great effort.
