WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING

Started the class with the skipping and then into the kettlebells and bodyweight drills. Pushing it slight harder each week now. From there the girls partnered up and started working the mirror drill for footwork and then we expanded this into our jab / cross. The rest of the evening was spent smashing our way through combinations. We put a big emphasis on the pad holder being the coach and really pushing their partner while picking up on any weak points that we talked about earlier in the class, such as not keeping your hands up or your feet being two close together. Fantastic effort by everyone.
