Great turnout and plenty of new blood last night at the class. We started off working in pairs going through some kettlebell and bodyweight drills to get warmed up and ready for the pad work. Then we punched, kneed and kicked our way through lots of different combinations. Remember you can make that class as much as a workout as you want. The hard and faster you push yourself on the pads the more calories you will burn however, you might lose a little bit of your form. On the other you can go slower and be more technical and still get a great workout. At the end of the day everyone that attends is there for a different reason. It's not a bootcamp, you work at your own pace with plenty of encouragement. Great effort by all.
