WOMEN-ONLY KICKBOXING

Last night we increased the time of the rounds to two minutes with 15 seconds recovery. We worked through our striking and looked at covering, parrys, footwork and evasion drills. Also, added in a four count to finish some of our striking drills with. I said next week we would cover some of the various kicks in more detail. Looking forward to the next class.
