Tonight at the women's class we mixed things up a little and kicked off with some combative sets on the pads. These included palm heel, elbows, knees and kicking so really we really covered all ranges of attack.
From here we then moved onto the chokes as we have the grading coming up soon so I really wanted to fine tune these. Please remember that getting out of the choke is just the beginning as we really need to follow this up with some of the combatives we have at our disposal otherwise we lose the advantage.
To finish the class off we grabbed the kettlebells and went through a Tabata workout of 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest.
