THURSDAY NIGHT CLASSES
Tonight classes will be ladies only from 6.15-7.15 and then a mixture of Tactical Edge and Krav Maga from 7.30-9pm. Depending on the crowd we might cover some weapon drills and then into appliications. Please remember and bring indoor trainers.
