Finish Strong
2010 is just around the corner. Hopefully you are finishing 2009 in better shape, more capable and more confident. This week we'll be going through the exercises, drills and protocols you can apply to become stronger, leaner, faster and fighting fit. There will be some very light sparring / pad work so please bring your gloves. (MMA gloves are not acceptable 10oz minimum is required) Please bring focus pads if you have them.
Once you nail a technique you need to develop speed and power. This week we'll be looking at how your conditioning effects everything you do.
I've said it before, when two fighters of equal ability enter the arena the fighters edge is conditioning.
So, no equipment required, no treadmills, TV or machines.
Commit to making 2010 your fittest, healthiest year yet. This workshop will run from 7-9pm at the Edinburgh Judo Club and will replace regular classes that evening. If you do not have gloves then we will find alternatives for you. This seminar is open to all Krav Maga Edinburgh students and you are encouraged to come along and train.
