Last night we concentrated on the round kick and using this to the inside and the outside of the leg. We looked at faking and then using the kicks to destroy an opponents limbs. We did this on the pads and then in a partner format drilling it backwards and forwards. We added in a leg defence to the drill and then looked at parrying straight attacks.
For the women's class we worked through some kettlebell and lots of bodyweight drills. We then switched over to the pads and worked on some striking combinations finishing off with foot pins. Tonight we focused on side chokes and chokes from the floor. Keep up the practicing at home!
