Hang on a minute

Just looked on the Facebook page and Andrew Nicol has posted
"Anyone who's interested, we're going to meet outside the parliament at 1630 on Sunday to run round Arthur's Seat seeing as we can't use the Meadows for normal training. Hopefully see some of you there!"

I wont be there but that shouldn't stop you!

Well me and Dominic had an excellent wee run up the crags then round Arthur's Seat. Great weather for it and some fantastic views, you all missed out!!

Absolutely!
I must admit that defeating first few hundered yards up this rather steep hill was quite mentally challanging. Went nice and smooth once we got the pace right and even threw in 60 press-ups to keep up with usual Sunday classes! As Andy said, you really missed out this one!
