Womens Fitness Class

It was a warm night down in the gym last night! Well done to everyone that made the effort and came along. You must be mad!

Due to the adverse weather conditions I changed the format of the class slightly and we focused more on strength than cardiovascular exercises. We worked the Kettlebells, added some slow bodyweight drills along with some isometric exercises.

As we had a lot more time we were able to really focus on movement and striking tonight. We even did a little shadow boxing, great effort guys. We then worked elbows and the front snap kick from passive, front and back leg stances.

Remember, the class is now 1 hour and starts at 6:15pm. We should be on the Meadows this weekend so try and make it along. Class starts at 4:30pm and we meet at the tennis courts.
