Womens Class at Krav Maga Edinburgh

A solid effort put in by all who came along and worked out at the women's class. We covered a huge amount of work with the Kettlebells with the inclusion of a few new ones. We drilled the pads with some combinations of up to 4 strikes. If you find the time practice these at home when you get a spare 2 minutes. That's all you need! We looked at the use of foot pins and how they are an easy way to take-down an attacker. The class finished off with clothing grabs and how we differ from other clubs in applying our response to them.

Remember, if you can make it along on Sunday to the Meadows we have our conditioning class which starts at 4:30pm. We meet at the tennis courts and the class lasts for an hour.
