Tuesday night at Krav Maga Edinburgh

Tonights first class started off with a fairly intensive warm up with the dreaded Kettlebells. Well done to everyone who took part in this as all seemed to cope very well.
Combat Sports class we worked on some static bodyweight drills along with some tough handstand press ups. This exercise separates the men from the boys.
We drilled the pads for the rest of the class with combinations utilising punching, elbows and knees.
