TASK OF THE WEEK

This week I want you to do as many Combat Ready push ups as you can in one mintue. So each day get down on the floor for one minute and rattle them out keeping the strict form and not letting those elbows go out the way. By the end of the week you should be able to do 15 more than at the start of the week. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
