Sundays conditioning class will be at 4:30pm on the Meadows Playing fields.
We will be at the entrance to the tennis courts until 4:30pm.
Please bring a Kettle Bell if you have one.
If you train with us during the week then this class is included in your class fees.

Great workout with some good kettlebell techniques focusing on the overall endurance. This time, though, without Lee.
