Krav Maga Edinburgh
What did you think of the format of last nights class? Krav Maga Edinburgh is your club so your opinion counts, so lets hear it!
The format was good. There was enough time for the technique to be explained/demonstrated by either Rannoch or Marcus and then ample time for everyone to try it out.
As a beginner i found it really useful, really felt like getting to grips with how to get a good solid base. big thanks to Rannoch for a really great class.
I thought it was excellent. You can't beat the basics and it was really useful to start form scratch and drill those basics. Sometimes in a class I think we don't spend enough time on the real basic stuff, maybe thinking it is boring or what ever, but it is essential.
I think doing it over 2 hours worked as well. It didn't feel rushed and there was time to really practice and start to get the hang of the techniques.
Definitely a good night and something worth doing again with other basic techniques - kicking, defence, preemptive strikes etc.
