We have a new women’s only class starting which will focus on kettlebells, conditioning and Krav Maga. Please encourage anyone you know who may have an interest in this to get along.
Mark Davies will be back on 15 November to Boroughmuir Rugby Club to give a seminar on improvised weapons. There will be a grading to follow for Tactical Edge Students. This seminar is open to all. More info will be posted soon on the blog and website.
