Monday at Krav Maga Edinburgh

Thanks to Rannoch the majority of the class looked like they had been running a marathon. It was a tough Combat Ready class, so we started off with a very light warm up. Straight into some pad drills where the focus was on technique and balance! Something that we all seem to neglect when we are drilling on the pads.

We then moved onto some VIP protection. This does not necessary mean we are out protecting VIPs. It could be a loved one, a child or friend. The most important thing to remember is to get the victim out of the line of danger and then out of the area, FAST!
Some of the guys finished off with a little ground work, whilst the rest of the new students worked on the pads going over palm heel strikes, elbows and some good old kicks.

This weeks fitness is
100 push ups
200 sit ups
300 squats.
